Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

We are a growing accounting practice looking for a new member to join our team!  Our relaxed office seeks a dependable, self starter to be the newest employee on our staff.  This is a part time up to 30 hour a week position to start, with the potential to grow into a full time job.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and setting appointments
  • Filing
  • Customer service 
  • Bookkeeping with Quickbooks
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
